Plan Policy - 1:1 Embodied Breathwork
This policy applies to both the 3-Session Journey and 8-Session Journey.
Sessions
Each session is approximately 90 minutes, although it may be slightly shorter or longer depending on how the session unfolds and the time needed to settle afterwards.
Sessions may be conducted online or in person. In-person 1:1 sessions are currently available in Singapore only, with the location agreed in advance.
Plan validity
Your journey should begin within 30 days of payment, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
The 3-Session Journey is to be completed within 6 weeks from the date of your first session.
The 8-Session Journey is to be completed within 12 weeks from the date of your first session.
Sessions not used within the applicable validity period will expire unless otherwise agreed in advance.
If you are unable to begin your journey within 30 days of payment, please get in touch as early as possible so we can discuss your circumstances.
Booking
All sessions are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
I recommend scheduling your sessions early to allow sufficient time to complete them within your plan period.
Any preferred start date or availability shared with me is for planning purposes and does not constitute a confirmed booking. Your session is confirmed once we have mutually agreed on the date, time and, where applicable, location.
Rescheduling and cancellations
If you need to change a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered used, except in unforeseen circumstances.
Health, safety and suitability
Before your first session, you will be asked to complete a health screening questionnaire. Please provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and let me know if anything relevant changes during your journey.
Embodied Breathwork is an active breathing practice and may not be appropriate for everyone or in every circumstance.
I reserve the right to modify, pause, postpone, decline or discontinue a session or your participation in the journey if, based on the information available to me, I believe the practice may not be appropriate or safe for you, or if I am unable to provide it responsibly within the scope of my training and practice.
Where appropriate, I may ask you to seek advice or clearance from an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.
Participation is voluntary, and you may pause or stop the practice at any point during a session.
Payment
Your place in a journey is confirmed once payment has been received.
Payment instructions will be provided after I have reviewed your initial information and confirmed that we can proceed.
Please only make payment once we have confirmed that we can proceed. Your first session should take place within 30 days of payment unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Refunds, unused sessions and transfers
Once your journey has started, unused sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable if you choose not to continue or do not use them within the applicable validity period.
If I determine that I am unable to provide your remaining sessions safely or appropriately, or I am otherwise unable to fulfil them, the value of any sessions not provided will be refunded.
A little flexibility
Life happens. If something unexpected affects your ability to attend or complete your sessions within the validity period, please get in touch as early as possible and we can discuss your circumstances.
Confidentiality and safety
What you share with me during a session will be treated as private and confidential.
There are, however, circumstances where I may need to disclose information without your consent. This may include where I reasonably believe that there is a serious or immediate risk to your safety or the safety of another person, where disclosure is necessary to respond to an emergency, or where I am required to disclose or report information by law.
In such circumstances, I will only share information that I reasonably consider necessary and with an appropriate person or authority, which may include emergency services, the police, a healthcare professional or your nominated emergency contact.
